LAeCycle helps organizations in Los Angeles review enterprise equipment for scheduled pickup, ITAD, potential buyback, secure data destruction and responsible recycling. Submit an inventory before arranging removal so equipment and project requirements can be assessed together.
List servers, storage, network hardware and business-device fleets with their configurations, quantities and condition. Purchase and pickup eligibility depend on the actual inventory, location and logistics.
This page describes scheduled Los Angeles project services. LAeCycle’s physical facilities are the West Los Angeles and Canoga Park locations; pickup requires a separate project review.

Explore data-center and server removalPurchase is not guaranteed. Manufacturer, model, generation, configuration, condition, quantity, location, logistics and current demand determine eligibility. Equipment without resale value may still be considered for reuse, parts recovery, ITAD or responsible recycling.
Complete manufacturer names, model numbers and part numbers identify the equipment and its generation.
Processors, memory, storage, modules, licenses and installed options may affect value.
Working status, service history, completeness, cosmetic condition and visible damage are considered.
Matching quantities, rails, power supplies, modules, trays and accessories may improve project value.
Pickup access, loading, packaging, distance and scheduling affect project costs.
Final value depends on age, resale potential, secondary-market demand and transportation cost.
Not every asset has resale value. Equipment that does not qualify for buyback may still be eligible for reuse, parts recovery or responsible electronics recycling.
Corporate offices, entertainment operations, healthcare organizations, law firms, universities and public agencies may retire mixed equipment from several departments. Separate reusable enterprise systems from general office electronics so each material stream can be reviewed for the appropriate service.
For a multi-site office closure, identify the owner of each asset group and consolidate the equipment only after data and retention decisions are approved. Workstation storage, shared servers and network configurations may require different handling instructions.
List equipment types, manufacturers, model or part numbers, quantities, condition and location.
We review the inventory, data requirements, access, removal needs and preferred timeline.
Purchase eligibility, processing options, requested documentation and any fees are confirmed in the project scope.
Approved equipment follows the agreed pickup, verification, data-handling, reuse or recycling plan.
Identify storage media and configuration data before transfer. NIST SP 800-88–aligned sanitization and physical destruction by punching or crushing are separately scoped services; standard recycling or a purchase review does not automatically include them. Agree on media retention, chain of custody and any fees before collection.
Serialized inventories, Certificates of Data Destruction, environmental reports and Client Portal documentation are available when included in the confirmed service scope. Tell us which records your organization requires so the processing and reporting plan can be agreed in advance.
Review data-destruction servicesFor high-rise offices, identify freight-elevator reservations, loading-dock hours, parking restrictions and security check-in requirements. A clear inventory by floor or department helps distinguish equipment ready for collection from systems that are still in use.
The West Los Angeles facility at 2000 Cotner Ave is a real drop-off location. An installed server-room removal still requires its own equipment and access review; proximity to a facility does not establish pickup eligibility.
Nearby communities that can be included in a project review: Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Torrance, Long Beach. Collection remains subject to inventory, access, distance and confirmed scope.

Organizations in Los Angeles can request a scheduled ITAD pickup review. Include quantities, model numbers, condition and site access so the team can assess the collection method, data requirements and any fees. Availability depends on the confirmed project; a request does not guarantee free pickup.
Submit servers, storage arrays, enterprise network equipment, workstations, business computers and valuable component lots. Identify specialized, heavy or battery-containing equipment separately for acceptance review. Complete configurations, condition and quantities help distinguish potential buyback assets from material better suited to ITAD or recycling.
Purchase is not guaranteed. Manufacturer, model, generation, configuration, condition, quantity, location, logistics and current demand determine eligibility. Equipment without resale value may still be considered for reuse, parts recovery, ITAD or responsible recycling.
