Business Pickup

Printers may be included with a qualifying business electronics pickup, but printers alone do not count toward the free-pickup minimum.

Free pickup may be available when the load includes at least 10 combined desktop computers, laptops, servers or computer monitors. Once the minimum is met, accepted printers, scanners, cartridges and accessories may be included.

Special labor, oversized equipment, difficult-access locations and other requested services may be quoted separately.

BEFORE YOU RECYCLE

Prepare a Printer for Recycling

Some multifunction printers and copiers contain internal storage that may retain scanned, copied or printed information. Request data destruction before processing when secure handling is required.

  • Remove loose paper and personal documents.
  • Secure doors, trays and removable components.
  • Remove leaking or damaged cartridges when it is safe to do so.
  • Contact LAeCycle before bringing an oversized copier, production printer or plotter.
  • Tell us if a multifunction printer or copier may contain an internal hard drive or other data-storage device.

New or unused ink and toner cartridges are accepted free. Used cartridges may include a processing fee. Confirm current pricing before visiting. Contact LAeCycle before bringing leaking or severely damaged cartridges.
